Henry was born on November 10th, 1341 in Alnwick Castle, Northumberland, England and his baptism took place on November 10th, 1341.1 2 Henry's father was Baron Henry de Percy III and his mother was Mary Plantagenet. His maternal grandparents were Earl Henry Plantagenet and Maud de Chaworth. He was an only child. He died in Bramham Moor, Bramham, Yorkshire, England.2 General Notes
