William Fitzranulf de Greystoke 
William was born in 1161 in Greystoke, Cumberland, England.1 William's father was Ralph Fitzwalter de Greystoke and his mother was Amabel de Baliol. His paternal grandparents were Walter Fitzvio de Greystoke and Beatrice de Folketon; his maternal grandparents were Bernard Reginald de Baliol and Matilda. He had a brother and a sister, named Ralph and Alice. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 48 in 1209.1 -
