Richard was born in 1215 in Moreton Corbet, Shropshire, England.1 Richard's father was Richard de Corbet II and his mother was Joan de Morton-Toret. His paternal grandparents were Sir Richard de Corbet I and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Bartholomew Toret de Moreton and <Unknown>. He had a sister named Emma. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 40 in 1255.2 -
