Boso, known as The Old, was born in 0800 in Turin, Italy.1  The Old's father was Count of Turin & Provence Boso of Italy II and his mother was <Unknown>.  His paternal grandparents were Count Boso of Turin I and <Unknown>.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 55 in 0855.2 

The Old's family with Richilde of Amiens

The Old and Richilde were married about 0820 in Arles, Bouches-Du-Rhone, France.1   They had a son and two daughters, named Hubert, Richilde and Bertrane.
