Marmaduke Wyvill 
Marmaduke was born in 1595. Marmaduke's father was Christopher Wyvill Sir ; younger of Constable Burton (b c1562, dvp) and his mother was Jane Stapylton dau of Sir Robert Stapleton of Wighill. His maternal grandparents were Robert Stapylton Sir; of Wighill, Sheriff of Yorkshire and Catherine Constable. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named Edmund, William, Henry, Mary, Barbara, Elizabeth, Olive, Katherine, Philippa and Isabel. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 53 in 1648.-
