William Allen Wingo 
William Allen was born on August 4th, 1818. William Allen's father was Allen Wingo and his mother was Martha P. Hurt. His paternal grandparents were John Wingo and Sarah Rucker. He was an only child. He died at the age of 28 on September 2nd, 1846.General Notes
