Anne's father was Robert Willoughby 2nd Lord de Broke and her mother was Dorothy Grey dau of Thomas Grey, 1st Marquess of Dorset. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Willoughby 1st Lord de Broke and Blanche Champernoun (dau of Sir John Champernoun). She had a sister named Elizabeth. She had a half-brother named Edward. She died on December 24th, 1582.
