Martin Wells

Martin was born on April 15th, 1686 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.¹   Martin's father was Richard Wells and his mother was Mary Martin.  His maternal grandparents were Thomas Martin and Basseur. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Richard, Mark, Sarah and Clare.  He was the second oldest of the six children.
