Forest Elmo Warren 
Forest Elmo was born on April 28th, 1917 in Vincennes, Knox County, Indiana. Forest Elmo's father was Elijah Melvin Warren and his mother was Jessie Leona Coan. His paternal grandparents were William Frederick Warren and Mary Jane Underwood. He had a brother and two sisters, named Dwight Emerson, Alveria Lucille and Dorothy Mae. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 68 in November 1985 in Mesa, Maricopa County, Arizona.-
