Silas WADSWORTH 
Silas was born on December 1st, 1823 in Orange Co. IN. Silas' father was Thomas WADSWORTH and his mother was Nancy SKAGGS. His maternal grandparents were Solomon Skaggs and Rhoda THOMPSON. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Robert, John Wesley, Joseph, Thomas, Peter, Margaret, Unknown Female and Elizabeth. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 40 on September 19th, 1864 in Winchester, VA. He was buried in Methodist Cemetery, Raglesville, IN.General Notes

Alsolisted with them is his brother Joseph 26;however, Joseph is alsolisted in the household of his mother.The census record for thehousehold of Silas was taken on Nov. 7and the census record for thehousehold of his mother was tekanon Nov. 12.
