Lizzie Ann Underwood 
Lizzie Ann was born on February 29th, 1888 in Ky. Lizzie Ann's father was George W. Underwood and her mother was Julia A. Hazelwood. Her paternal grandparents were Joshua Underwood and Mary Carlisle. She had five brothers and three sisters, named S. Tilden, J. O. Cleveland, Jessie Davis, George T., John G., Margaret E., Mary Jane and Ida F.. She was the third youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 84 on January 8th, 1973. She was buried in Otter Creek Baptist Church, LaRue County, KY.-
