Malissa Green Skaggs 
Malissa was born on January 6th, 1880. Malissa's father was John C. Skaggs and her mother was Mary "Polly" A. Oaks. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Wade Skaggs and Elizabeth Underwood; her maternal grandparents were Daniel Oaks and Elizabeth Wright. She had two brothers and a sister, named Henry, Lee and Lucy. She died at the age of 75 on February 4th, 1955.Death Notes

MRS. ELIJAH WARREN BURIED SATURDAY
Mrs. Liccie Skaggs Warren, wife of Elijah Warren, of near Hodgenville, died Friday at her home following a two months illness. She was seventy-five years of age.
Besides her husband, she is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Turner Skaggs (Rosetta) and Mrs. Ernest Skaggs (Lena), both of Finley, KY.; Mrs. Omar Fisher (Mary), of East Peoria, Ill.; Mrs. Lester Grimes (Edna Pearl), Mrs. Ollie Grimes (Sally Mat) and Mrs. Gaines Perkins(Dora Ermine) all of near Hodgenville; three sons, Jeptha Warren, of Louisville; Leslie Warren, of Hibernia and Bennie Warren, of this city; twenty-seven grandchildren, and forty-five great grandchildren. Two brothers, Lee Skaggs, of Greensburg, and Henry Skaggs, of Campbellsville, Ky., also survive.
The remains were removed from williams, Miller & Sego funeral home here Friday afternoon to the home of a daughter, Mrs. Gaines Perkins. Funeral services were held at two o'clock Saturday afternoon at Otter Creek Church with burial in the church cemetery.
