Flossie Belle Shipley 
Flossie Belle was born on November 30th, 1895 in Chester, Crawford County, Arkansas, USA.1 Flossie Belle's father was William Lester Shipley and her mother was Juda Ellen Reed. Her paternal grandparents were Nathan Pascal SHIPLEY and Elizabeth Mildred LESTER. She had seven brothers and two sisters, named Thomas Wilson, Howard Graham, William Garvin, Benjamin Harrison, Johnnie, Ward LeClaire, Paul Jefferson, Beulah Mae and Ethel Grey. She was the fourth youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 65 in 1960. She was buried in Forest Park Cemetery, Fort Smith, Sebastian County, Arkansas, USA.2 1 -
