Sir John SAVAGE IV 
John was born in 1422 in Clifton, Runcorn, Cheshire, England. John's father was Sir John SAVAGE III and his mother was Eleanor (Elizabeth) DE BRERETON. His paternal grandparents were John SAVAGE II and Matilda (Maud) SWYNNERTON. He had eight sisters named Margaret, Jane, Eleanor, Elizabeth, Ellen, Ann, Katherine and Dulcia Alice. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 73 on November 22nd, 1495 in Macclesfield, Cheshire, England. He was buried in November 1495.General Notes
