Herbert Robbins

Herbert was born on December 18th, 1903. Herbert's father was Burrell Robbins and his mother was Sarah H. Dowell. His paternal grandparents were Prayless [Prayles] Robbins and Frances Ann Armes; his maternal grandparents were Barksdale T. Dowell and Mary Bell Basham. He had three sisters named Lula, Effa and Alma. He was the youngest of the four children.
