William Milton Rankin 
William Milton was born on October 14th, 1792 in Augusta County, Virginia. William Milton's father was William Rankin and his mother was Lettice Robertson. His maternal grandparents were William Robertson and Lettice Kerr. He had two brothers and two sisters, named James Robertson, John, Mary and Frances. He died at the age of 69 on July 23rd, 1862.General Notes
