Elmer RILEY 
Elmer was born in 1871 in Cherokee Co., Kansas.1 Elmer's father was Patrick Henry RILEY and his mother was Mary E. LEWIS. His maternal grandparents were John C. LEWIS and Julina PAYTON. He had a brother and two sisters, named Elsworth, Sarah E. and Julina L.. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 59 in 1930.General Notes
