Rachel Belt Pratt 
Rachel Belt was born on May 11th, 1838 in Prince Georges County, Maryland.1 Rachel Belt's father was Gov. Thomas George Pratt and her mother was Adeline Maccubbin Kent. Her maternal grandparents were Col. Robert Wheeler Kent and Mary Ann Maccubbin. She had a sister named Adeline "Addie". She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 42 in 1880.1 General Notes
