Florence Rachel Plumlee 
Florence Rachel was born in March 1863. Florence Rachel's father was Isaac C. Plumlee and her mother was Mary Ann Waters. Her paternal grandparents were Joel Plumlee Sr. and Rachel Simmons. She had two sisters named Dora C. and Lydia Ann. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 52 on March 30th, 1915.General Notes
