Elizabeth Plumlee 
Elizabeth was born in 1828. Elizabeth's father was Joel Plumlee Sr. and her mother was Rachel Simmons. Her maternal grandparents were James Simmons and Stacy Ann Roberts. She had eight brothers and two sisters, named James, Isaac C., William, John, Zachariah, Joel, Francis Marion, Charles Montgomery, Nancy and Rachel. She was the fourth oldest of the eleven children.General Notes
