Alexander Oakley 
Alexander was born in 1849 in Hopkins County, Kentucky. Alexander's father was Green Y. Oakley and his mother was Elizabeth Ramsey. His maternal grandparents were Alexander Ramsey and Bethany Phillips. He had two sisters named Mary Elizabeth and Lucinda. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Alexander, Mary E. and Lucinda.General Notes
