Ella NORMAN 
Ella was born in 1857 in Ohio. Ella's father was Joshua N. **** NORMAN Captain and her mother was Catharine **** WARD. Her paternal grandparents were Jabez **** NORMAN and Nancy **** REED. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Joseph G., Frank, Sarah C. and Emma. She was the oldest of the five children. She had six half-brothers and a half-sister, named Timothy, James H., Edward Joshua, Charles C., David H., Thomas John and Nellie. She died after 1870.General Notes

Census shows Joshua Norman at age 35, working as a 'Farmer' holding real estate valued at $1600 and personal property valued at $500. All members of the household were born in Ohio. Wife Catharine Norman is age 22. There are 2 children in the household: Daughter Sarah Norman is age 2 and an Un-named Baby Girl [Ella?] is age 2 months [2/12].
