John Salter MURROW 
John Salter was born on March 8th, 1871 in Polk Co., Iowa.1 John Salter's father was Nicholas Wallingford MURROW and his mother was Phoebe STRAIT. His paternal grandparents were Charles MURROW and Amy BLUE. He had two brothers and a sister, named Charles Milton, John and Roxie Eva. He was the second youngest of the four children. He had five half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Albert Alfonso, David Blue, Thomas Grant, Nicholas Wallingford, Leroy Asa, Amy Ann, Mary Elizabeth, Etta Mae and Emily Ethel. He died at the age of 1 in March 1872 in Polk Co., Iowa.1 -
