Ann was born in 1644 in Jamestown, James City, Virginia, USA.1   Ann's father was Thomas Loving and her mother was Elizabeth Kingston.  Her paternal grandparents were Nathan Louvering and Ann Stanton. She had three brothers named Robert, John and Charles.  She was the youngest of the four children.  She died at the age of 26 on December 13th, 1670 in St. Thomas, Bristol, Glouchester, England.2

Ann and Edward were married in a religious ceremony on October 28th, 1666 in Martin's Hundred, James City, Virginia.2   They had a son and a daughter, named John and Thomasine.
