Rev. William ("White Head") Leftwich 
William, known as "White Head", was born on November 10th, 1774 in Caroline Co, Va. "White Head"'s father was Col. Thomas Leftwich and his mother was Bethunia Ellis. His maternal grandparents were Charles Ellis and Susannah Harding. He had a brother and three sisters, named James, Charlotte, Susannah and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 66 in 1840 in Leesville, Bedford Co, Va. He was buried in Leesville, Bedford Co, Va.General Notes
