Mary was born on August 25th, 1770 in Maryland.1   Mary's father was Philemon (Phillip) Larimore and her mother was Mary Garrett.  Her paternal grandparents were James Larimore and <Unknown>. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Richard, Phillip, James, Memory and Caty.  She was the third oldest of the six children.
