William Franceis

William was born about 1222 in Shropshire, England.¹ William's father was William le Franceis and his mother was Agnes de Bradleye. His paternal grandparents were Robert de Franceis and Mabel de Luttchurch; his maternal grandparents were Thomas de Bradleye and <Unknown>. He had two brothers and four sisters, named John, Thomas, Margery, Agnes, Juliana and Alicia. He was the second oldest of the seven children.
