Thomas Foster 
Thomas was born about 1860 in North Carolina.1 Thomas' father was James M Foster and his mother was Eliza Ann Allen. His paternal grandparents were Isaac Hillery Foster and Harriet Bevill. He had three brothers and three sisters, named George H, Samuel, John Beaugard, Elizabeth, Tartas and Minni. He was the third youngest of the seven children. He had a half-brother named William Dennis "Denny".-
