Mary "Della" Foster

Mary "Della" was born on August 5th, 1866 in Barren Co Kentucky.¹ Mary "Della"'s father was Thomas Crittenden Foster and her mother was Lucinda Thomas Anderson. Her paternal grandparents were Austin Foster and Lucinda Boyd. She had five sisters named Mary Alice, Emily, Trevelle Valentine "Missie", Pocahontus H and Dora Isis. She was the third youngest of the six children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Thomas Richard "Dickie", Robert " Taylor ", Lillian Catherine and Mollie Beatrice Bea. She died at the age of 80 on September 27th, 1946 in Jefferson, Kentucky, United States. She was buried in September 1946 in Cave Hill Cemetery , Louisville, Jefferson Co Ky.²
