David F Foster

David F was born about 1925.¹ David F's father was Robert Allen Foster and his mother was Neely Foster. His paternal grandparents were Felix Allen Foster and Frances "Fannie" Matilda Phifer. He had a brother and a sister, named Robert A and Rebecca C. He was the youngest of the three children.
