He had three sisters named <Unknown>, <Unknown> and Marilyn.  He died at the age of 58 on June 15th, 2009 in Norton's Hospital, Louisville, Kentucky.  The funeral took place on June 17th, 2010 in Bedford United Methodist Church, Bedford, Kentucky.  His cremation was.1 1
