Thomas Fairfax 
Thomas was born in 1521 in Denton, Yorkshire, England and his baptism took place there in 1521.1 Thomas' father was William Fairfax and his mother was Isabel Thwaits. His paternal grandparents were William Fairfax and Elizabeth Manners. He had a brother named Henry. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 78 on January 28th, 1599 in Denton, Yorkshire, England. He was buried on March 6th, 1653 in Denton Chapel, York, England.1 1 -
