John Erskine

John was born about 1487 in Erskine, Refrewshire, Scotland. John's father was Robert Erskine and his mother was Elizabeth Campbell. His maternal grandparents were Colin Campbell and Isabell Stewart. He had a brother and two sisters, named James, Elizabeth and Margaret. He was the second oldest of the four children. He had a half-brother named Colin.
