Chesley Elkin

Chesley's father was William Melton Elkin and her mother was Lucyann Perlina Davis. Her paternal grandparents were Abel Elkin and Mary (Polly) Skaggs. She had four brothers and three sisters, named John Martin, James, William A., Abel, Nancy J., Mary and Elizabeth. She had three half-sisters named Elizabeth, Evline and Bernettie Ermon.
