William C. ENGLISH

William C. was born about 1860.¹ William C.'s father was Robert F. ENGLISH and his mother was Lucy Ann HARGAN. His maternal grandparents were Benjamin HARGAN and Mary Catherine ARNOLD. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John B., Robert L., James L., George, Laura C. and Ruth. He was the second oldest of the seven children.
