Catherine was born in 1914 in Tennessee, USA. Catherine's father was John R Costen and her mother was Mamie B. Her paternal grandparents were William G Costen and Elizabeth S King. She had a brother and a sister, named John R and Cara. She was the second oldest of the three children.General Notes
