Billie Douglas was born on September 30th, 1947 in Webster Co, KY. Billie Douglas' father was Buford Douglas Clayton and his mother was Betty Lane Vincent. His paternal grandparents were James Walter Clayton and Valuar Delaney Bowles. He was an only child. He died at the age of 59 on December 26th, 2006 in Madisonville, Hopkins Co, KY.General Notes
