William Brent Childers

William was born on November 1st, 1885 in Kentucky.¹ William's father was Thomas Franklin Childers and his mother was America Margaret Staten. His maternal grandparents were William Staten and Matilda Brent. He had two brothers and a sister, named Nancy, Nat and Goldie. He was the third oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 89 on September 7th, 1975 in La Grange, Oldham County, Kentucky.²
