Walter Steven Chandler 
Walter Steven was born on July 16th, 1863.1 Walter Steven's father was Walter Mason CHANDLER and his mother was Nancy Clark Williams. His paternal grandparents were Walter Steven CHANDLER and Sophia WALLINGFORD. He had four brothers and a sister, named William Rose, Benjamin Braxton, Thomas, Millard Franklin and Rachel Gertrude. He died at the age of 53 on March 14th, 1917 in Robertson Co., Kentucky.1 -
