Serena CLEMENT 
Serena was born in 1850 in Madison Co AR. Serena's father was William Wesley CLEMENT and her mother was Elizabeth SKAGGS. Her maternal grandparents were Henry SKAGGS and Elizabeth NOBLETT. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Andrew, Abraham, Hiram Harvey, William, Sarah, Ellen and Lydia. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died before 1860.General Notes
