Arthur CHAMPERNOWNE 
Arthur was born in 1813. Arthur's father was Arthur Harington CHAMPERNOWNE and his mother was Louisa BULLER. His maternal grandparents were John BULLER and Anne LEMON. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Henry, Richard, John, Jane, Louisa, Caroline and Maria. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 18 in 1831.-
