William Jasper CARPENTER

William Jasper was born in 1862. William Jasper's father was William K. CARPENTER and his mother was Rebecca Ann BROWNING. His maternal grandparents were Gilbert BROWNING and Elizabeth STEELE. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Wesley M., Collen Douglas, Henry M., Alfred, Clarance, Cynthia E., Elizabeth and Almerinda. He was the third oldest of the nine children.
