William was born about 1178 in Ayton,North rideing,Yorkshire,England. William's father was Alan Bushell. His paternal grandparents were Reginald Belet of Bushell and Asliza (Alice) Percy. He had a brother named Alan. He was the younger of the two children. William is no longer alive.General Notes
