Frank West

Frank's father was Arthur Earl West and his mother was Alta Payne Terry. His maternal grandparents were Miles M. Joel Terry and Martha Alice Plumlee. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Joel H., Floyd L., Oscar S., Lucy E., Dorothy Pearl and Mary Alice.
