William Franklin Stice

William Franklin was born in 1867 in Platte Co, MO.¹ William Franklin's father was Phillip Washington Stice and his mother was Sarilda Cockriel. His maternal grandparents were James Cockriel and Lucinda Sirles. He had four brothers and five sisters, named James Wiley, Philip, George W., Jonathan E., Sarah Jane, Rebecca, Alice, Lucinda and Martha Ellen. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 13 in 1880.¹
