Clarence Palmer Stice

Clarence Palmer was born on April 1st, 1904 in Adams Co, WA.¹ Clarence Palmer's father was James Wiley Stice and his mother was Loretta Lavena Darland. His paternal grandparents were Phillip Washington Stice and Sarilda Cockriel. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Roy Harrison, David Granville, James Washington, Lloyd Byron, Clifford Samuel, Dora Ethel and Lillian May. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 4 on December 19th, 1908.¹
