James C. Simmons

James C. was born in 1873 in White Co, TN. James C.'s father was Fineas Finis Simmons and his mother was Amanda E. Measles. His paternal grandparents were Drury Simmons and Rutha Adair. He had a brother and a sister, named John and Tabitha Emaline. He was the oldest of the three children.
