Charlotte G. Russell

Charlotte G. was born in 1915 in Union Co, KY. Charlotte G.'s father was Edgar Roberts Russell and her mother was Grace K. Kennedy. Her paternal grandparents were James Russell and Havana Victoria Roberts. She had three sisters named Katherine, Ethel R. and Mildred L.. She was the second youngest of the four children.
