Hugh Francis Richards

Hugh Francis was born on August 19th, 1897 in Elk Co, KS.¹ Hugh Francis' father was James Riley Richards and his mother was Florence Estelle Dewhitt. His maternal grandparents were William Ashbury Dewhitt and Lydia Anna Wall. He had a brother and two sisters, named Harry Clarence, Blanche and Clara Thelma. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 76 on October 14th, 1973 in Modesto, Stanislaus Co, CA.¹
