Johnnie A. Nance

Johnnie A. was born in 1911 in Rockingham Co, NC. Johnnie A.'s father was Samuel Fountain Nance and his mother was Mary Belle Martin. His paternal grandparents were Addison Toplady Nance and Mary A. Cobb. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Frank Martin, Samuel Odis 'Sam', Henry C., Jettie May, Mary F., Minnie J. and Gracie Marie. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.
